While a user is logged into the Platform on an iOS device, notifications from the Platform may be received to alert the user to important events on their risks. Notifications on an iOS device persist even after the user has logged out of the Whitespace Platform. This is a normal part of iOS and is not under the control of application developers.

Notifications contain limited information in their titles. On shared devices, users should clear their notifications where a device is being passed from one person to another. To do this, swipe down from the middle top edge of an iPad to reveal the notifications, then swipe left on the notification.
