Yes, a risk can be bound without identifying a leader.

 

The broker must digitise the version of the contract that the leader has agreed. The broker can place the contract with the following carriers by marking the (digitised) draft contract as firm order and ensuring that the leader toggle is not enabled when showing the firm order(s).

 

Best practice would recommend that a copy of the leader's contract is uploaded and shared as an attachment.
