Yes, the system is based on teams. Each company, whether a broker or carrier, has a number of teams. Each person is then associated with one or more teams.

As a broker, any risk digitised by a member of a team then becomes visible to colleagues on the team. Although the risk can have an 'owner', anyone else on the team can work on risks within their team.

Brokers can show a risk to a carrier team or choose one person to see it. Anyone in the carrier team can work on the risk and an owner can be assigned.
