When submitting a question via a support ticket or an email to support@whitespace.co.uk, attaching as many screenshots as possible relating to the situation is very helpful. If you're on the browser copy and paste the url where the question arose whilst using the platform.

 

For instructions on how to take a screenshot please refer below:

 

If using an iPad/iPhone, press the home button at the same time as the lock button.

 

If using Web Browser (Mac) press Shift-Command-5 on your keyboard

 

If using Web Browser (Windows) press Ctrl + Print Scrn by holding down the Ctrl key and then pressing the Print Screen key

 

All information sent in a ticket is held securely and handled with care.
