Declarations or open market contracts can be shown to facilities as requests to quote, market only versions or firm orders. When a facility line on a declaration is less than 100%, declarations can be topped up by showing to the open market.

1. Select declaration from the slipcase or digitised from a facility.
2. Select Actions menu on Browser / ≡ on iOS.
3. Select Show Firm Order.
4. Select a facility.
5. Input facility line guidance.
6. Select to show to the facility leader.
7. Once the facility leader has written their line, repeat the process to show the declaration to agreement parties.
8. Notify and non-notify party underwriters can now be bound to the declaration (under the Written Lines heading).

Note that declaration roles can be changed for each underwriter within the 'Show Declaration Firm Order' menu until the underwriter has been shown a declaration.
