Once a declaration has been accepted by facility leader, you are able to bind notify parties to the declaration.

1. Select declaration from the homepage or facility.
2. Select Actions menu on Browser / ≡ on iOS.
3. Select View Written Lines.
4. Select Bind Notify Parties.
