How to enable Whitespace browser notifications
print icon

Users can enable notifications from the browser for important updates like receiving a new contract or written lines. The notifications toggle in the profile tab can be enabled or disabled depending on your preference and can be used in conjunction with email notifications and iOS push notifications. This enhancement will benefit active users of the browser who want to stay updated in real time.

Users can enable browser notifications in the profile tab. Switch on the toggle and you will start receiving notifications. If you receive a popup to allow notifications, you must select Allow for browser notifications to work.

If you’re not receiving notifications in the browser, ensure that your browser notification settings allow Whitespace to show notifications:

  1. On Chrome, select Settings in the menu in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Privacy & Security and then Site Settings.
  2. On Edge, select Settings in the menu in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Site Permissions.
  3. On Firefox, select Options in the menu in the top right-hand corner of the browser. Select Privacy & Security.

Enable notification permissions for the Whitespace Platform.
