How can I manage my email notifications when I have access to two organisations?

As a user in multiple organisations (e.g. for different branches of your company), your notification email will be synced between the two organisations. This means that you cannot manage notifications relating to individual corporates. However, Whitespace notifications are sent only for risks in your team for which you are the owner, or when there is no owner assigned.

If you would like more control over notifications relating to your different organisations, we recommend setting up Outlook rules to manage your notifications.

First, create Outlook folders for notifications for each organisation.

Next, select 'Create Rule' in the Rules menu.

Add the following conditions to your rule:

  1. From, Is, notifications@whitespaceplatform.com
  2. Message Body, Contains, Your Organisation Name

Add the following actions to your rule:

  1. Move Message, Outlook Folder for the Organisation
  2. [Optional] Display Notification

As Whitespace notifications include the name of the organisation, this rule will move Whitespace notifications relating to that organisation to the folder of your choice.
