How do I decline a quote request?

Only a carrier can decline a request to quote. A broker cannot decline a quote but instead is able to mark it as NTU.
Instructions

Select the request to quote that you would like to decline.

Click the 'Actions' menu (or '≡' on iOS) in that document.

From the drop down menu, select 'Decline'.
