Chat is between a broking team and an underwriting team. Your messages will be seen by other members in your team and all members of the team you are chatting with. 

You can't use Chat to message within your team only. Chat messages are recorded in History which can be exported as PDF for audit. Chat is also visible to your compliance department, so you should be professional at all times.
