1. Open the Whitespace app on your iPad or iPhone and select 'Login'.

2. When prompted to enter password, choose 'Forgotten my password'.

3. Enter your user ID and complete the verification process.

4. A verification code will be emailed to your alternative email address.

5. Type in the code and choose a new password. 

6. Your details will be reset and you will be able to login using the new password.

Browser 

Forgotten email:

1. Select ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ on our homepage.

2. Select 'Can't access your account'.

3. Enter phone number associated with your account.

4. Select which type of account you have.

Forgotten password:

1. Select ‘Sign in with Microsoft’ on our homepage. 

2. Enter email address.

3. Follow security verification process.

4. Enter email associated with account.

5. Select ‘Forgotten my password’.
